my path

In 2003 I began my massage training at Wat Po, a massage school and temple in Bangkok, Thailand. I was excited to practice massage, and I quickly became aware of my desire to provide deeper healing experiences.

In 2004, I received my first Chi Nei Tsang session and it moved me deeply. I felt a great sense of release, and in subsequent sessions, started to feel a new connection to my authentic self. I felt more of me—a relaxed and clear-minded me—emerging. I kept receiving treatments, and felt better and better over time.

Two months later, I began my study of Chi Nei Tsang under the supervision of Gilles Marin of the Chi Nei Tsang Institute. To further my practice, I continued studying Medical Chi Kung in Thailand, and become a Certified Universal Healing Tao Instructor under the auspices of Master Mantak Chia.

I have since used these modalities to help many clients with a variety of physical and mental symptoms, and have taught this work here in the states as well as internationally. Now, I live in Berkeley, California and see clients from my office. The courses I offer include Universal Healing, Tao Basics and Enlightenment Chi Kung. I am also available to work with schools, corporations, and with groups in workshop and retreat settings.

My training has taught me that every being has immense self-healing capacities, and that my job as a Chi Nei Tsang practitioner is to gently awaken these capacities through Chi Nei Tsang and to teach the skills that will help my clients continue the healing process on their own.

I love the outdoors, cooking, and exploring both inside and out. I also enjoy riding motorcycles which is always a reminder to be able to find stillness in myself when the world around me is moving quickly.
